I want, no, NEED this robot: Papero
This is Papero, NEC's current and long running project of developing a humaniod robot. Frankly, its so freakin' cool.
NEC hopes to create a robot that can fit into the daily lives of humans and be of assistance to the elderly, the young and presumably, the certfiably, stinking rich.
The robot is not in commercial production and at this point, it continues to not be and will stay that way for the foreseeable future.
